Same like block A, this block is also on its way to being develop. In this block, development work on few 1 kanal plots has been done and owners can also take possession. But the rest of block is waiting for the development activities. The land of this block is mostly free from the legal issues and everyone is expected that construction will be started in this block once machinery become free from other blocks.
The development in these blocks is almost complete. If we talk about block C, the development is almost finished and possession has been granted. It is 80% developed block but unfortunately developer has not resumed the development on this block. No one knows when development will be started in this block because it is stopped due to unknown reasons. Because of this, the property prices in this block drop down as compared to other blocks.
The 40% area of the block H is facing serious legal issues and everyone is expecting that these plots will be moved to the grand executive block. 40% area is not developed yet. Only 20% area is developed completely. Some 7 Marla and 10 Marla plots are developed where you can build your dream home. The block H does not have direct access to the main roads. You can reach block H only through block O, G and F.
It is suitable for the end users searching for the small plots. Currently, many people or families are living there. This block is considered a prime location as it is situated near the D. Markaz. Block-I is most expensive and favorite block in Gulberg Residencia Islamabad.
Development of block J is 60% completed and 40% this block is still in progress. Possessions for the developed plots has been granted and many homes are under construction in this block.
Land for block k is acquired. Agreement is successfully signed with landowners and development in block K is started. The development will be finished quickly. Development on other blocks will start soon like in blocks P and V once machinery will be free from block K.
In block L, 90% of the development is completed and majority of the plots are ready to use. It means majority of the plots are now available for the buyers to start building their houses. More then 60 houses are under construction in this block.
If we talk about development in this area, almost 25% of the block is developed and the remaining block is under development. This block is free from legal issues. Recently possessions for 7 marla plots has been granted in block M. The development speed in this block is slow because other blocks are higher priority for the developer.
If we talk about block N, currently no land is acquired for this block. Only 5% area in block N is developed. No one knows when land will be acquired for this block and when the rest of the development will be started.

For block O, deal for the land is not final with the landowners. Most area is non developed in this block. Possessions for few 10 marla plots have been granted. There are almost 130 plots in block O. No one known when the rest of the development will be started in block O.
If we talk about block P, 5% of this block is facing serious legal issues. Development activities are ongoing in P-1 and P-2 includes cutting of plot and leveling of ground. Land acquired for the P-3 and P-4 as deal is final with the land owners but development is not started yet in these two areas. Rates are low in this block because of its edge location.
If we talk about block Q, only 40% of the area is developed. Rates are low in this block due to low demand for plots. Demand is low due to slow speed of development in this block.
If we talk about block R, only 20% area is developed. The development speed in this block is very slow because the remaining 80% of the block is facing serious legal issues. Hope so issues will be resolved and development in this block will be start soon.
